Hays are currently working in partnership with one of the UK's leading events & entertainment organisations based in Birmingham City Centre to recruit a Marketing Assistant on a 9-12 month FTC.
Your new role
In your new role you will be reporting directly into the Marketing Executive working on specific projects including Creative Programmes, Hospitality promotions and exclusive member promotions. You will oversee the maintenance of the organisations website and collation of client date. You will work closely with Sales department on events set up, data mining and analyses & reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have a passion for the arts and entertainment industry and a minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar position. You must be capable and experienced in carrying out the following responsibilities;
- Website Management
- Content Creation
- Social Media Management
- Production & design of Marketing materials i.e brochures, leaflets
- Marketing Campaigns
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Events Management
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an annual salary of £20,000 - £22,000 + company benefits and the opportunity to work with a creative and well established organisation.
