This role is responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional experience, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and partners, positively reflect our brand and values whilst ensuring a swift and professional resolution to a wide variety of queries. This means taking full ownership of every aspect of the customer or partner's query, being courteous, professional and diligent whilst adhering to policies and guidelines at all times.

During your career, you will multi skill across the following business areas based on business needs principally within the Customer Support and Customer Services teams

Responsibilities:

  1. To communicate confidently and exercise excellent listening and written skills to resolve customer and partner queries by showing expert knowledge and taking ownership
  2. Effectively managing inbound and outbound customer calls.
  3. Managing customer's accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  4. Manage, organise and update relevant data using various computer systems with accuracy
  5. Resolve problems at first point of contact wherever possible or escalate appropriately to ensure a satisfactory outcome
  6. Ability to meet and exceed quality standards, contributing fully to the overall team performance

Skills:

  • Experience in customer services in either an administrative, retail or contact centre environment is highly desirable
  • Articulate, clear, concise communication skills
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer queries and establish solutions to problems
  • The ability empathise and demonstrate customer care skills is essential
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Positive and self-motivated
  • Adaptable in a fast changing environment
  • Understand the importance of the customer journey and providing an efficient but positive customer experience
  • Demonstrating professionalism at all times and working well within a positive team environment

Hours of Work:

We open 7 days a week and work 38.75 hours per week over 5 days out of 7. This will be on a shift rota basis given to you a 4 weeks in advance. Shifts cover weekends, into the early evening across the following opening hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 8.00pm
Saturday 8.00am - 6.00pm
Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm
