£35,000+ per annum

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading UK new homes builder located in Solihull. If you're passionate about people management, providing guidance and support to your team, and most of all you have a love for providing first class customer service, then this role is perfect for you. With the office conveniently located a few minutes drive from Solihull town centre, you're in a great location for getting in some after work shopping or socialising.

The customer care team is the primary contact between the business and it's customers, and you'll be expected to ensure that every customer receives the same level of assistance and guidance you yourself would expect. You will also be supporting the team with their development, and escalated queries and complaints. To deliver that you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong customer service experience from a new homes environment
  • People management
  • Excellent communication - written and verbal
  • Team management experience
  • Experience of training and coaching staff
  • Ability to deal with complaints
  • Technical knowledge of build drawings
  • IT Literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace

Responsibilities:

  • Support all escalated customer complaints and queries
  • Deal directly with customers keeping them updated on the progress of their complaints
  • Maintaining and delivering a first class customer service experience at all times
  • Representing the Brand name in a professional manner
  • Support and help develop team members
  • Develop and maintain contractor relationships
