Administration Apprentice - Sutton Coldfield
This leading edge recruitment company based in Sutton Coldfield are looking for an Administration Apprentice to join their team.
The duties are:
- Communicating over the telephone with clients and candidates
- Data input of client records onto in-house recruitment system
- Postal duties
- Organise and report data
- Managing in-house computer system
- Following processes
- Booking appointments
- Sending and receiving emails
- Working on website and social media
- Filing and maintaining documents
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Outgoing, bubbly and a confident l person who has compassion and the drive and ambition to learn.
- Must be a team player with the view to also work on own initiative
- Be a clear communicator both over the phone and face to face.
- Have the passion for learning about the recruitment sector
- Must be well organised and assertive, proactive and have a can do attitude.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn about the recruitment industry through an apprenticeship program. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there are opportunities within the organisation in Business Development, Account Management and resourcing.
