Kingscroft have been asked to recruit an Accounts Assistant for a company in the corporate events industry. They are looking for somebody to join their small team and become an integral part of the operation. The role will directly support the Finance Director and be involved in the day to day running of a fast paced business.
As an Accounts Assistant the role will involve:
- Maintenance of Sales and Purchase ledgers
- Raising sales invoices from bespoke software
- Checking purchase invoices
- Credit Control aspects
- Managing and reconciling credit cards and petty cash
- Entering bank transactions
- Ad-hoc office duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Excellent working knowledge of Sage 50 and MS Office
- Ability to communicate in a confident and friendly manner
- Experience in working in a similar role for a fast paced company
This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a motivated, friendly team in their newly refurbished offices. The working hours are 9:00 - 17:30, 5 days a week.
