Our client is a firm of independent financial advisers providing advice to individuals and companies nationwide, now have an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join their small and friendly team.

The main purpose of you role will be to working alongside the Paraplanners and supporting the Consultants, the successful candidate will provide a professional and effective administrative service to new and existing clients; whilst maintaining and uploading client records on the Back Office System and ensuring high levels of accuracy.

Daily responsibilities will include;

  • Outbound calling of existing clients to arrange meetings.
  • Diarising, room booking and confirming client review meetings.
  • Preparing/compiling client information in timely fashion to review prep with adviser and complete ready to meet.
  • Greeting clients, providing refreshment etc.
  • Liaising with product providers for quotes/policy information.
    Issuing Letters of Authority and collating information from provider responses.
  • Identifying compliance documents against a checklist and ensuring client records/submissions are complete.
  • Drafting letters/faxes/emails to clients/industry associates in language appropriate to recipient.


The ideal candidate will already have gained some experience working as an Administrator preferably within an IFA / Pensions environment. You will have excellent knowledge in MS Word and Excel and have solid communication & articulation skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
