Your new company
A global technical manufacturing organisation who deliver innovative technology solutions and operate within a lean production environment. A divisional HR Manager is now required to cover two sites within the West Midlands region.
Your new role
A HR Manager position leading a small HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business. The HR Manager will develop and implement the HR strategy across the sites and manage a range of business & culture change programmes. The HR Manager will oversee all generalist HR matters and proactively address people issues across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIPD qualified HR Manager with broad HR management experience gained within a skilled manufacturing or technology based organisation. You will have a proven track record of working as part of a Senior Management team and leading change management programmes.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits. You will have the opportunity and autonomy to make a real impact on the division whilst having the support of working within the global HR team.
