As a result of significant growth, there is a fantastic opportunity to join this award winning, progressive insurance broker in this newly created role! They are looking to appoint a Commercial Insurance Handler to take responsibility for the account management and generation of clients requiring Commercial Insurance products.

Job Description:

  • Your main duties will be to assist customers with Commercial insurance requirements both over the phone initially, with the opportunity to meet clients face to face
  • Providing quotations, dealing with renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims management, and assisting with queries on various types of insurance
  • Setting up new business and seeking sales opportunities with warm leads provided.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • This role will suit experienced commercial insurance staff, ideally with broker background.
  • This will also suit an individual with management aspirations, as there is the opportunity to build a team around you once agreed growth plans are achieved.
  • The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, sales driven and will always be seeking sales opportunities in order to assist in the profitable development of the company.

Salary/Benefits Information:

  • Basic Salary of up to £24,000
  • A generous Commission structure leading to realistic On Target Earnings of C£32,000 (uncapped)
