Service Desk Team Lead
Service Desk Team Leader - Walsall - 12 month contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen working for one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed communications services. They offer flexible, integrated communications services encompass IP and mobile telephony, converged networks, unified communications, contact centres and document solutions.
The Service Assurance Team Leader will actively monitor and manage workflows according to workload and in line with SLA's. You will also hold one to ones, team reviews and act as the first point of contact for all UK based Service Assurance team members. Other responsibilities for the role include the production and delivery of innovative training plans for the UK wide team and to ensure the smooth running of the day to day service desk operations.
The successful candidate will have experience of working as a team leader in a customer service environment within the IT/communications sector and have a strong awareness of technology / comms / network service as well as ITIL.
