The purpose of this role is to help deliver all elements of content for the business, including all digital channels and full management of the internal Magazine portfolio in-store (healthy and healthy for men) and newsstand publications.
Support the Content Manager to deliver the content strategy by creating innovative, high quality content that drives the key metrics and delivers the overall business objectives
Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice
Working closely with our agency to create channel appropriate content, i.e. across email, online, mobile, social media, and paid digital media to drive engagement and improve customer retention
Making recommendations for improvements based on analytics
Manage the development and publishing of in-house magazines
Gain support from Category teams and CRM for paid for features and vouchers
Work with Publishing agency on newsstand edition liaising with Category teams on cover mounts, vouchers and any other opportunity
All communication both internal and external related to the magazines (both internal models and newsstand)
End of issue reporting on efficiency and costs
Ability to be proactive and reactive and work under pressure to short deadlines
Ability to engage with colleagues at all levels including Executive Management
Acute attention to detail

Be confident to provide constructive feedback
Strong written skills, including copywriting and copyediting, with focus on the customer
Understanding of SEO friendly content
Understand how content can aide the customer journey to increase conversion
Able to recommend content topics based on competitor and market data
Ability to suggest improvements based on data from Google Analytics and Omniture
