Your new role
A HR & ER Manager role responsible for the management and leadership of the employee relations team. You will manage SLA and KPI targets and act as the point of escalation for ER cases. You will identify areas and solutions for process improvement and create a continuous improvement culture. You will promote, implement drive and review self service solutions across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR/ER Manager with strong expertise in employee relations and employment law. You will be able to demonstrate strong HR team management and measurable success in the delivery of process improvement.
