Payroll Manager required for an exciting permanent opportunity working within a well established business based in Coventry. You will be working as part of a dynamic team and you will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payrolls for 500+ employees; calculating SSP, SMP, SPP, starters & leavers, holiday & sickness allowances and handling any ad hoc payroll queries. You will also be responsible for implementing process improvements and will play an integral role in an imminent T&A implementation project.
You will be an experienced Payroll Specialist with a passion for payroll and an eye for detail. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to handle various payroll queries via phone or email. You will have the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and you will be encouraged to maximise your own potential by reviewing the current processes and implementing changes deemed necessary to streamline processes. CIPP qualification or studying towards CIPP will offer a distinct advantage.
