Business Process Lead - Midlands - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Salary up to £55,000 per annum
A Business Process Lead based in the Midlands paying up to £55k on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, provides an opportunity to lead a team of business analysts to identify areas of improvement within this large public sector organisation who are continuing to invest and grow.
Your new role
Managing a team of five and working with senior stakeholders you will lead on the process improvement agenda within this vibrant organisation, developing and implementing a plan to ensure delivery of end to end business process mapping, identifying and analysis of process risk and controls, documentation of scenarios and standard operating procedures. You will oversee and report back on progress against the plan, managing and escalating issues as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an influential leader with the ability to adapt quickly with experience of leading on business process improvement across a variety of sectors and will ideally be Lean Six Sigma certified.
