CONTACT MANAGEMENT CENTRE MANAGER

£36,000 - £40,000 PLUS 25 DAYS HOLIDAY, FREE PARKING, EXCELLENT PENSION, SUBSIDISED CANTEEN, DEATH IN SERVICE, PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE AND COMPANY PENSION SCHEME.

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

My client is looking to appoint a contact management centre manager on a permanent basis, reporting to the Operations Director you will be expected to manage a team of CMC agents with the aim of increasing individual performance relating to customer service levels and developing leads into sales opportunities.

Duties to include:

Monitoring day to day performance of CMC agents
Maximise sales opportunities
Review all communications sent to customers and implement improvements
Training and development for agents
Coaching and mentoring team members
Measuring and analysing of KPI's and lead conversions
Producing sales reports
Building positive relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers
Develop a deep understanding of shared business strategies and objectives
Present to senior managers CMC performance and development
Agree/set KPI's and bonus programmes with Operations Director

The ideal applicant will be able to develop ideas and improve conversions, highly organised with proven leadership experience. You must be confident to tackle issues with staff and aim to achieve team and personal targets as agreed with the line manager.
