An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal or Chartered Legal Executive to join a Legal 500 firm in the Warwickshire County. This position is due to growth within the residential property team and is a full time permanent position, offering long term career prospects.

You will be reporting to the Head of Residential Property and dealing with many private clients and privately owned businesses.

As the successful Conveyancing Paralegal or Chartered Legal Executive you will be handling a mixed caseload of sales, purchases, sales, re-mortgages and so on. Some key responsibilities of this position are:

*Experience of dealing with the conveyancing process for a variety of transactions, from inception to completion.
*Experience with time recording and case management systems.
*Demonstrating technical knowledge when dealing with enquiries.
*Working effectively in a team and taking on any duties delegated in the absence of colleagues.
*Undertaking any necessary training and complying with firms regulations.
*Title checking, legal research and dealing with Land Registry.

Person Specifications

*Strong Academics profile at GCSE and A-Level or the equivalent. You may also hold a 2.1 degree in law or an alternative subject along with a GDL. You will also be completing you LPC part time at paralegal level or be a part qualified legal executive seeking qualification. *The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
*IT Literate
*You will be organised as well as possessing impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
