Supporting the development of of the apprenticeship and qualification curriculum in line with the framework, Maintaining and monitoring the processes and procedures to ensure policy requirements

My client is a large organisation based in the Midlands.

Description

The main responsibilities are:

  • Assisting in the co-ordination of all apprenticeships to meet the business needs and add value
  • Co-ordinating workshops against company standards
  • Enabling the starter process is timely and efficient
  • Working to reduce leavers and driving success
  • supporting self assessment objectives
  • Driving attendance at workshops through reporting of non attendance
  • Ensuring monthly data returns
  • Apprenticeship administration

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have an in depth knowledge of apprenticeships and work based learning procedures
  • Have experience of dealing with audit and inspection
  • have the ability to conduct data analysis
  • have excellent communication skills
  • have excellent attention to detail
  • ideally have Ofsted experience

Job Offer

£25k, Apprenticeship Co-ordinator
