1. We are a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning company based in Brierley Hill but our client base is UK wide. We are a growing company that is looking to expand our current Service Team

2.The vacancy will primarily be scheduling engineers to various tasks and also training will be given on all aspects of various admin roles within the Service Desk Department.

The role will also entail the following:

  • Making and receiving telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Working with our Service desk software

3. The candidate will ideally have worked in the Service industry but this is not essential as full training will be given

The following Skills and abilities are required:

  • Experience using all Microsoft Software Packages
  • Able to work as part of a team and also work on there own initiative
  • Good telephone manner is essential
  • Must be able to prioritise workload and have good organisational skill
  • Must be able to take instruction from the management team

4. Working hours

  • 9.00am to 17.00pm - Monday to Friday
  • 20 days holiday per annum (Plus all bank holidays)
  • private Car parking facilities
