Customer Service Manager
House Builder / New homes - Please only apply if you have industry experience. West Midlands
The role will take responsibility for Customer Service across a number of sites based in the Midlands, post completion dealing with any Customer Service problems and defect issues. You will manage a team of Multi Trade Operatives to ensure timely resolution of these issues and, working closely with the central Customer Service Co-ordinators to maximise time and efficiency of the Operatives. The target is simple - to ensure that the Customers Journey is as pleasant as possible and you meet or exceed the objectives set out in the Customer Charter.
You will have a background in a similar role either as Customer Service Manager for another House Builder of possibly an Outsourced Maintenance company like Mears; alternatively you may be an experienced Site or Project Manager looking to step into an area role with slightly different and wider responsibilities.
Either way you focus is on maximising the Customer Experience.
The position has a base salary of up to £45k + 22.5% bonus and car allowannce.
