Our client, a manufacturing organisation, are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team in Alcester on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Working alongside the Contracts Manager, you will be required to support the company with a range of administrative duties. This will include; entering customer orders onto SAP, progressing orders through the company, maintaining orders in SAP, correspondence with customers as well as other offices and agents across the world, internal communications with relevant departments, saving and organising documents, conducting customer visits where necessary and any other general administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be confident, motivated to succeed and have excellent communication skills on both a verbal and written basis. You'll possess a high attention to detail and be able to show levels of patience and empathy when dealing with customers. Being a competent user of MS Office is essential and knowledge of SAP would be highly advantageous. Previous experience in a similar role is welcomed as well as exposure to export markets.
