Team Assistant for Exciting Global Business
A fantastic global business is looking for an exceptional administrator with experience supporting at a senior level. This business, based in Birmingham City Centre, prides itself on its client service offering as well as the unique nature of what they do. You must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, have existing experience within a similar role and the following responsibilities:
Assist technical staff with daily tasks including production of technical documentation and reports
Expert and systematical filing and archiving as well as logging correspondence and invoices on the in-house system
Arranging international travel, car hire, couriers etc
Management of incoming client and internal calls in order to ensure the smooth running of the team
Assist in the organisation of meetings including bookings, provision of refreshments, equipment and supplies
