Job Purpose

  • To work closely with senior manager across the business to derive, implement and manage marketing activity
  • Maintain a strong and consistent Brand Identity

Core Accountabilities

  • Initiate and brief the business on O2 National events
  • Create the company annual promotional plan
  • Plan and implement store campaigns and events with Brands to launch new products and services
  • Initiate, develop and maintain good working relationships with Area Managers, Store Teams and Head Office
  • Manage budgets for all stores
  • Assist and support projects where required

Skills and Knowledge required

  • Marketing experience and or Marketing Qualification
  • Market Awareness (Competition, Customer base and the regulatory environment)
  • Manage marketing budgets
  • Collaboration & Influence (Working effectively for positive impact on business performance)
  • Commercial Orientation (Identifying and driving business opportunities, seizing chances to increase profit and revenues)
  • Ability to assess complex problems and identify solutions
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and adapt and deliver in a fast paced environment
  • Influencer with the ability to establish networks and influence change
  • Clear communication skills demonstrating ability to articulate reasoning
  • The ability to relate to staff at all levels including senior management team
  • Organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage your time

  • Driving licence and willingness to travel across the company

  • Activities and Publications to enhance the Franchise and are launched on time
