Occupational Therapist - Assistan Team Manager
Our client is a leading Local Authority in the West Midlands. They are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Team Manager for their Occupational Therapy team.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the operational management of 3 Occupational Therapy locality teams and leading in the specialist area of adaptations and facilitating delivery of BCF/DFG priorities.
* Be Qualified Occupational Therapists registered with HCPC * Evidence experience of operational management * Evidence experience of supervising senior Occupational Therapists * Evidence experience of the assessment of adults and children with complex needs resulting from physical disability or illness * Have extensive knowledge of major adaptations design, assessment and legislation * Evidence extensive knowledge of specialist equipment * Car driver or have ability to undertake efficient and effective travel arrangements * Evidence Moving and Handling skills and experience
