Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus, Bens, Car.

Job Description: My client is looking for a National Sales Manager to be responsible for providing effective leadership to the residential/retail sales team, in order to maximise sales and achieve profitability, financial health and growth, in line with the business’s strategic plan. Sound knowledge and experience of operational P/L accountability, strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to implement and monitor operational plans are essential. Develop and drive the appropriate business plan for the UK and other designated markets in line with the overall Company vision and 5 and 10 year plans. You will also have National Account responsivity.
The Person: Ideally you will be a National Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager who has experience in managing a retail sales team and possess a successful track record at a senior level. Preferably you will be currently working in the Floorcoverings or Commercial Interiors or perhaps within a sector that is retail focused. Extensive experience in man management, retail sales and key account management is essential.
