Facilities Co-ordinator for Coventry Business - Temp to perm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within an exciting technology firm based near Coventry. This busy and varied role will involve coordinating the daily operations of their three offices and maintaining high standards throughout.
As Facilities Coordinator your main responsibilities will include:
Extensive diary management and meeting coordination
Opening the building and meeting rooms ensuring the office as a whole is presented to the highest standard
Maintaining contracts, logging them on departmental budgets and making sure payments are made by finance
Maintaining the kitchen area
Daily provision of refreshments
Franking post alongside monitoring the balance of the franking machine
Reception cover including meeting and greeting of external clients
Coordinating seasonal events
This a temp-perm positon starting in July - you must be immediately available! Ideally, you will have access to your own vehicle due to the location of the business.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Preferably exposure within a client/customer facing role
- Hospitality experience ideal
- Polite and personable demeamour
- Professional and effcient appraoch to work
This role would suit a recent graduate looking to secure their first professional opportunity!
