Job Purpose:

To support and assist Financial Planning Consultants in their day to day customer service and administration activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Processing new business and servicing existing business
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, internal departments & providers
  • Creating electronic files for new clients on Advisor Office and updating existing client records
  • Producing valuations on both JHC Order Routing, Advisor Office and provider websites
  • Obtaining quotations/illustrations from providers
  • To scan daily post - logging items received on the Cheque & Policy Document register
  • Preparation of handouts/reports for presentations and/or internal meetings
  • Assist with manning the phones and general administration duties

Money Laundering Reporting Responsibilities

  • To promote awareness of Anti-Money Laundering Rules and to ensure compliance within the Department

Qualifications

  • A Level Standard of Education

  • CII Financial Planning Administrators Certificates CF1, FA1 & FA2 desirable but not essential

Experience

  • Experience of customer service and general office duties

  • Good communication skills - written and oral

  • Good attention to detail
