We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Telecommunications sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Appointment Setter to join a division of BT, based in Coventry, to assist with their setting of appointments.
Appointment Setter’s Core Duties
Our client is looking for an experienced Appointment setter, to call their B2B customers and arrange meetings for the field team to go out and sell BT's product and services to their business customers.
This is a role which requires an ability to be able to think on your feet. A role which requires you to be able to have business conversations with Key Decision makers within the business.
There is an uncapped commission structure in place and a salary of £19k per annum which can be increased over time depending on performance.
You will be working in an Appointment making team of 4, and part of a sales team of 12 + 5 field operatives.

Full training will be provided along with 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. Pension, Competitive salary and uncapped commission.
Additional incentives available and progression plan to develop into the field or Management should the candidate be interested in such avenues.
- Minimum of 24 months Outbound tele sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve targets
- Must have experience of booking appointments.
- Minimum 5 GCSE's with C grades and above inc Maths and English
