Our client based in the heart of Worcester is looking an enthusiastic sales executive to join their public sector team.

If you enjoy working talking to customers and working towards targets then this is the role for you.

Summary of Position: Working as part of the MOD team to ensure targets are achieved. Your role will include making outbound calls and receiving incoming calls to ensure delegates are booked onto the correct courses. You must have excellent customer service skills.

Customer Service 70% of Time
Service customers and show good customer care at all times.
Position their services and solutions to prospects and customers over the phone.
Support the Team Leader to achieve sales goals and targets.
Achieve acceptable sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as specified by the Sales Manager.
Understand the services and solutions and effectively communicate them.

Data Processing 15% of Time
Create professional emails with accurate information.
Maintain and update accurate data fields and dialogue reports in the CRM database and other sales systems.
Accurately complete forms and documents to update other individuals and departments within the company.
Produce accurate quotes for customers. Demonstrate correct usage of pricing and discount models at all times.

Other Duties 15% of Time
Take training and coaching, passing any given tests and apply knowledge effectively.
Follow company policies, standards and requirements.
Plan time to be as effective as possible and organise workload.
Collate Marketing collateral when appropriate

Professional Specification
Qualifications & Training

Essential GCSE Math's and English
experience in a customer service or sales role.
Communicate effectively in all mediums
Be able to take instruction and work with a degree of initiative and autonomy.
Be of smart appearance at all times in connection to work.

Further or Higher Education Award
MS Office skills
Have a team focus bias but be able to work independently.
Ability to listen and follow instructions accurately.
Be reliable at all times in connection to work.
