We have an exciting opportunity to work for a market leading Distribution company based in Coventry as a Customer Operations Manager.

This position is paying up to £30,000 with company car and covering all of the UK.

As Customer Operations Manager you will implement early life account management of new customers, acting as key point of contact internal and external stakeholders. You will successfully managed new business from current and new business.

Job responsibility,
Take responsibility for the implementation of new customers to the company network along with site Senior Key Managers and Key Account Directors to implement new business opportunities for exciting customers.
Implement new major accounts wins, ensuring early life support, SLA performance and account management.
Attend regular review meetings and document the content, action points and highlight the added value introduction through continuous improvements.
To identify and lead the resolution of any issues.
Engage in an inclusive working relationship with Key stake holders within our business to ensure commonality of purpose and consistently high levels of Operational services to major clients.

Experience required,

Previous account management and customer service experience required.
Creative and solution orientated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work cross functionally
