Front of House Manager
Our client, an international brand implementation company, are looking for a well-presented and upbeat individual to join the company’s Front of House team near Birmingham.
As the Front of House Manger, you will be the face of the Company and deliver first rate customer service; this could be anything from making sure the building is well kept to ensuring all visitors get a warm and friendly welcome and that their needs are completely catered for.
Exceptional communication skills are a real necessity, and you must be a team-player who is personable and can communicate effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally.
You will be involved in all aspects of the business to ensure that the guest experience is flawless. You will have experience of working in a similar environment and you will have a flexible approach to work and working hours.
This role would suit someone who has previous experience in a Reception or Customer service role who enjoys working in a customer facing role and acting as first point of contact for a company.
