Telesales Person required to join our team based in West Bromwich on a full-time permanent basis. Previous telesales experience is essential

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and outgoing candidate which involves both telesales and administration support

The successful applicant will undertake a wide variety of tasks including the following:

  • Utilizing the existing database to increase sales
  • Ability to generate sales opportunities in order to achieve targets
  • Calling cold clients to introduce the company and persuade them to work with our organisation
  • Making calls on a daily basis and maintaining a history of outbound calls and plan follow up calls
  • Carrying out external sales calls in a professional manner
  • Develop productive business relationships with existing customers
  • Deal with inbound enquiries
  • Keeping in contact with existing customers by telephone/email
  • Organising and responding to emails
  • Create and manage new customer accounts
  • Complete necessary administration tasks as the role requires
