Front of House/ Receptionist
Our client, a leading provider of design led co-working and event space, is seeking to recruit a number of Front of House Receptionists for their beautiful Birmingham based offices.
Duties will include regular face to face contact with clients and visitors, arranging event space for clients and external contacts, assisting with social networking campaigns, providing exceptional customer service at all times, dealing with incoming calls and transferring to relevant department, arranging meeting and venue space, dealing with catering companies and designing room layouts for functions, providing AV equipment and setting up, general PA duties and administration work as well as project work.
The ideal candidate will have previous reception/customer service experience within any environment, you will have the ability to communicate at all levels and be passionate about providing exceptional service.
