Responsibility for supporting the implementation of KNDL projects throughout UK in line with Customer Transition & Integration and Zero Failure guidelines.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for PMO Office administration which includes, but is not limited to
  • Setting up Programme level files and folders
  • Updating PMO Templates
  • Supporting the preparation of weekly status, resources and other ad hoc reports
  • Organising programme and PMO meetings
  • Key meeting record taker
  • Communication of status reports, minutes, change controls and logging feedback
  • Support in the preparation of project related presentations
  • Maintain programme level risk and issue logs and change control records
  • Budgets - tracking (update)
  • Provide general assistance to the project team members in delivering projects
  • To assist in project/programme planning including
  • scope, business case, goals and deliverables
  • programme tasks and resource requirements
  • project plans and associated communications documents
  • assemble and co-ordinate project staff
  • identify project dependencies and critical path
  • track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
  • presenting reports defining project progress, risks, issues and solutions and escalate where required
  • track project changes and interventions
  • Support the ZF gate reviews
  • Ensure all necessary information is supplied to the PMO Manager
  • Support the PMO Manager to maintain and advocate the use of SharePoint

Your skills and experience

  • PMO Office administration - ensure all PMO administration is up to date to enable PMO Management to maintain accurate overview of PMO activities
  • General PMO assistance to the project executives, sponsors and leads - ensure all PMO templates are accessible to project sponsors, leads, managers and teams to deliver compliant projects
    Support PMO Reporting - assist PMO manager in the compilation of reporting data including PSR data
    Support SharePoint Management and Advocacy
  • Act as point of contact for the administration and updating of SharePoint folders to encourage the use of SharePoint as the core data storage for live projects
    Support PMO Manager in providing Quality Assurance - provide administrative support to PMO manager in delivering QA and Deep Dive project support across the live programmes
  • CTI and ZF delivery support and advocacy - provide support to project teams to encourage and fac
