They provide services within the UK and internationally so opportunities are also available for candidates who are fluent in foreign languages, at a business level both over the phone and face to face.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate the following skills:
•Twelve months Contact Centre Outbound B2B Telesales experience with the ability to handle objections and generate appointments
•Exceptional Telephone Manner
•Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills
•Liaise with clients at various levels
•Team and Self Motivation
•CRM Management, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
•Ability to achieve and exceed targets
•Ability to work well in a pressured environment
•Ability to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail and a flexible approach
