Centre Manager/Luxury Serviced Office Provider
Our client, a creative and design led co-working leader, is seeking to recruit a Centre Manager for their office in the heart of Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities • Provide a professional reception service for all the clients • Provide reception services, meeting and greeting visitors to the centre and the business lounge • Deal with day to day enquires at reception from the clients, acting on those enquiries promptly and professionally • Deal with customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution • Forge strong and beneficial relationships with all clients in the business centre • To assist the GM in increasing the revenue opportunities through the sale of business services available from reception and the local marketing of the meeting room facilities • Regularly inspecting the building and the centre to ensure that everything is working properly and report any hazards or faults and arrange for them to be dealt with quickly and safely • Ensure the centre complies with company standards on visual inspections
Applicants will have previous management, customer service, reception, administration experience and have a passion for service.
