Our client is a growing, ethical bank based in central Birmingham. Due to growth plans they are looking to recruit a team of Customer Service Agents to join the lively contact centre, Customer Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable bank that delivers professional, first class customer services. The purpose of this role is to handle all inbound calls from our clients customers. You will aim to always exceed client expectations and provide outstanding customer services.
IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND START DATES AVAILABLE - This role is offered on a 6 month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent.
Essential skills required:
Good Educational minimum of four GCSE’s grade 'C’ or above must include English and Maths.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good keyboard and PC skills
Organised and able to work to strict deadlines
Have experience of working in a customer service environment, retail or office or call centre.
Worked in a regulated environment
Woking hours: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 / 11:00 - 19:00 Monday Friday + Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00 (1 in 3 saturdays)
