A fantastic business based near Solihull is looking for an experienced and multi-skilled HR administrator. As a meticulous and confident individual, you will be expected to thrive within a fast-paced team and will be required to take the initiative when providing effective HR administration across all areas.

This high pressure and exciting role will primarily involve:

  • Dealing with all HR administrative queries via phone and email

  • Administration of payroll, HR system updates and contract paperwork

  • Management of sickness and absence procedures

  • Management of the maternity and leavers processes

  • Scheduling room bookings and diary management

  • Administrative support of events and training days

  • Administrative management of recruitment process

  • General administration including the preparation of invoices and updating records when required

The successful HR administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous exposure to a fast-paced HR environment and administration

  • High level IT skills including good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Able to work well within a team environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

This is a temporary role initially lasting for around 4 weeks paying £8.50-12 per hour. You will need to be immediately available
