Senior Analyst - Customer Targeting
Up to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially focused and inquisitive Campaign Analyst looking to grow their career within one of the most innovative fintech brands in the world


My client is a global finance force with thousands of clients across consumer and commercial business.
The company is built upon their innovative approach and use data to understand and deepen relationships with their customers and lead the way with products and services globally


They develop hypothesis-driven analytics to investigate market, product, channels, customers - make improvements within those areas and dimensions, drive the bank's agenda by creating value to customers and the overall company

They are very hands on, deliver actionable insight and recommendations and above all work as the strategic advisors to the business
The team is built on problem solving skills, those who are commercially minded and not just focussed on the numbers
They have increasing recognition across the business and are involved with multi-layered projects looking at Campaigns, Marketing, Risk, Pricing and Strategy
This role would ideally suit someone with a problem solving and strategic mindset, and passionate about owning and driving all Campaigns activity for the different teams across the business


  • Provide hands-on technical campaign targeting expertise to enable clients to communicate with relevancy, drive further sales and loyalty
  • Manage campaign delivery projects to brief specification, within company best practice and guidelines, and work to strict deadlines
  • Work closely with Insight Directors and Account Management to ensure sound knowledge of client objectives and customer insight, to subsequently design best-in-class targeting
  • Understand and deliver insight from campaign evaluation to feed into further campaign planning
  • Help improve campaign performance, manage client expectations and ensure robust tests are implemented
  • Designing the best customer targeting for the next campaign based on your evaluation
  • Deep-dive analysis to better understand performance or customer behaviour and driving operational optimisation change


  • Strong SQL coding experience
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of delivering end to end Campaigns
  • A genuine interest in customer behavioural analytics
  • Relevant Direct Marketing / loyalty industry sector knowledge
  • Creative problem solver
  • Personable and able to build effective working relationships
  • Logical and analytical thinker, able to understand, follow and challenge process flows
