As Corporate Communications Officer you will have the opportunity to work for a large multi stakeholder public sector organisation.
Your new role
As Corporate Communications Officer you will develop and deliver communications activity with the outcome of influencing and engaging the organisations stakeholders, partners and workforce. You will be responsible for developing tactical communications strategies, initiatives and plans. As Corporate Communications Officer you will provide strategic advice and guidance to senior officers as well as conveying advice and training to enhance the communication capability and capacity of the workforce. Other key activities as Corporate Communications Officer include: Implementing appropriate change programme strategies, managing service suppliers as required and building public confidence.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as Corporate Communications Officer you will have previous experience of delivering communication campaigns development, reputation management and digital communications delivery across a large organisation. As Corporate Communications Officer you will need to good communication skills and the ability to build strong positive working relationships. Experience of project management and the ability to identify and deal with sensitive issues is also a requirement of the role.
What you'll get in return
