Customer Services Administrator
Our client is looking to recruit customer services office Administrator to work in their busy Midlands office.
Our client is a busy Facilities Management company that is looking after facilities maintenance contracts within the Northern Area,
We are looking for a Customer Services / Help desk administrator with experience of working in a Service team / administration role. If you have worked for a Facilities maintenance company or a company that has had service engineers on the road then that would be real advantage.
We are looking for a person that has experience of working Microsoft word packages mainly word and Excel experience. But you must have good computer skills. You will be working closely with the Northern Area contracts Manager and with all of the different departments within the company, these will be accounts, purchasing, Sales and Customer services.
You will also be working closely with all the Facilities maintenance engineers as well as the clients within the Northern area.
The ideal candidate will come from a FACILITIES MAINTENANCE background and have a worked in a Customer services / help desk environment and will have worked within a busy administration environment.
You will need to have excellent telephone and computer skills, and a good administration background.
You will be working in a small customer services department so again we are looking for a person that has a background working in a fast pace customer focused environment.
