My client is rapidly expanding its branch network, the holding company is based in Europe and the group have invested heavily in the last 12 months in growing the business footprint. They are looking to open a further 15 new offices in the UK in 2017.
Role: To manage and develop their office in the Birmingham region. To implement a newly secured contact with the Midlands authorities. The Birmingham office have a volume of c7000 hours per week to the local authority. The office is situated in Birmingham they have ambitious plans to grow the business. The new Operations Manager will be targeted to quickly recruit and induct sufficient Home Care Staff to enable new clients to be serviced by the Birmingham branch.
You will be tasked with recruiting office and Care staff to work in the new Birmingham office, you will be working as an approved supplier to the various Midlands Councils, you key task will be to secure new packages and match the careers to each new client to deliver an outstanding level of service. Ideal Candidate You will be either an Area or Regional Recruitment Manager within the Health/Domiciliary Care Industry.
You will have a proven track record in new business development
You will have a good knowledge of CQC standards.
It would be beneficial if you were a Registered Manager
Be self motivated, creative, a good team builder to enable this region to grow quickly.
Hold a full UK driving license
