A nationally renowned business is seeking a part-time Document Administrator to support the team on a 6 month maternity cover. You will be creating manuals, adhering to the procedures and ensuring everything is accurate and up to date! This is a highly process-driven and varied role that requires someone with a methodical approach and excellent administration exposure!

Working for 25 hours per week, this role will primarily involve:

  • Understanding the purpose and content of the manuals

  • Collating, editing and formatting information

  • Analysing data and presenting it clearly

  • Handling large amounts of information and presenting it accordingly

  • Flagging up errors and inaccuracies within documentation

  • Making manual amendments

  • Liaising with the different departments and working closely with the manager to ensure the project is underway

For this role, you will need to be someone who has a good grasp of MS Office and is generally savvy with IT!

Preferably you will be immediately available and able to interview/start ASAP!

Access to your own vehicle is ideal due to the location of the opportunity. (nearer Sutton Coldfield)

Paying £21k pro rata!
