SF Group are recruiting for an Administrator with HR and Reception experience for our client based in Nuneaton.

The position will be a contract role and is available for an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • HR Administration experience
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Receptionist experience on a busy reception
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Experience directly working with customers and internal departments
  • Working knowledge of computers and comfortable with maintaining electronic data (essential Microsoft office products)
  • Effective phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Strong administrative and professional call handling skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem resolution
