What you’ll do
You’ll answer calls from existing customers and those who don’t yet have cover about their roadside breakdowns, ensuring they get the help they need. Working collaboratively with both internal departments and external business partners, you’ll provide seamless solutions to their problems, and answer their queries across a broad variety of issues. Based in a dynamic call centre environment, you’ll see to it that that every conversation ends on a positive note, with the customer satisfied that your extensive knowledge has saved the day. And essentially, you’ll deliver such a high standard of customer service that we’ll continue to maintain our reputation as the world’s most loved motoring service.
What it takes
You won’t need any call centre experience as we’ll provide all the training you need - but you will bring a passion for learning to the table. Most importantly, you’ll have experience of providing great customer service and will be committed to leaving every caller with a smile on their face, all thanks to your incredible communication skills and your determination to solve every dilemma. With a team-playing attitude, you’ll enjoy building up a friendly rapport with your colleagues, working as a unit to offer a flawless service to every AA caller.
