Role- Office Administrator
Hours- Monday to Friday 9:30 - 3:30 Part Time
Salary- £13,000 per annum
Location- Birmingham - Solihull area

We are currently recruiting for a articulate individual to undertake the role of a Office Administrator in a small office atmosphere. Your responsibilities will be, but not be limited to:
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Front of house - Reception and first point of contact
- Basic data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Dealing with invoices
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Ad-hoc administration support to a small team.
- Attention to detail
- Making effective decisions
- Managing a quality service
