Job title: Sales Office Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: Meets National Minimum wage
Hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
Basis: Temp-to-Perm

Day to Day duties will include the following:

* Sales order input on internal company order system
* Receiving sales calls and dealing with them efficiently
* Liaising with customers on the phone to ensure the correct product is
* Office Filing
* Working alone and in a team to ensure daily work load is shared
* Keeping the sales office clean & tidy
* Manage the post and emails
* Greeting visitors at reception
* Photocopying and binding
* Providing refreshments

The ideal candidate will need the following qualities and experience:

* Positive attitude (Essential)
* Able to work on own initiative (Essential)
* Numerate & Literate (Essential)
* Able to use computers (Essential)
* Office experience (not essential as full training will be provided)
