MB Fitzgerald are currently working with a leading Financial Planning business who have been growing quickly over the past few years to recruit for an experienced manager to head up their Financial Planning Administration team based in their Bromsgrove office.

The role will be to manage the support team which provides both technical and administration support to the financial planners of the business. You will be managing administrators on a daily basis and duties will include; monitoring performance, KPI's and undertaking one to one performance reviews. You will also be required to report to the MD on a regular basis. On top of this we would require you to help with Administration duties such as business processing, liaising with providers and dealing with client queries in order to help the team achieve targets. Paraplanners will be managed by a remote Team Manager but you will also assist this team by keeping track of holidays, sick leave etc.

Potential candidates should have experience managing back office teams in either of the following; financial planning, wealth management, pensions support or Investment support. Experience within financial planning is preferred and ideally you will have used various Wrap Platforms, and Adviser back office systems such as Adviser Office, IRESS or Intelligent Office.
