Business Development Manager - Gaming

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A BDM position within the Gaming and E-Bingo sector with a basic salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience within all of the requirements listed above.
Uncapped earning potential for new business development from your clients in and around Tablet based technology or similar related products.
An autonomous BDM position where you will be based in Central or Northern England. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, as well as having additional support from the locally based BDM in Head Office, to help with on-going support and targeted business growth.
All travel costs such as mileage and petrol, and expenses signed off by the Sales and Marketing Director.
The opportunity to gain sales and customers not only in the UK but also internationally with the only limitations being those you place on yourself.
Company and Team relationship development during your probation period able to get to understand the company’s procedures, processes and policies as well as time to understand and interact with your internal and external support / technical professionals.
Annual Company and personal performance related bonus (typically 5%-10% of annual salary)

The essential criteria and experience required for this role as a Business Development Manager is a C level relationship selling computer technology solutions into the Gaming Sector.
As well as proven experience in negotiating and winning projects from £500K to £3m per annum in both SME and Enterprise customers.
Experience in development of customer sales strategies supported by activities and timeframes to achieve target market share plus strong consultative / solutions orientated selling skills ability to identify new opportunities with the customers and overall sector.
You must be experienced in major project deployments and the management of the stakeholders involved.
You should be a competent communicator and negotiator with proven ability to actively and effectively communicate and engage customers and internal stakeholder’s at all organisational levels.

Knowledge and Skills:
You must show excellent problem solving skills, data and statistical analysis methods to resolve commercial issues.
Possess exceptional and professional customer facing skills with a commercially astute and sound understanding of business processes and common sense.
Excellent organisational skills and time management skills are essential to organise work scheduling and prioritisation.
Linked to a confident presenter to small and large audiences, who can communicate and deliver persuasive customer context value proposition to the needs of the individual customer.
You will need to be knowledgeable and a competent user of current day office automation packages such as Word processing, Spreadsheets, Project Management, PowerPoint etc.
You must have an understanding of sales best practices and be able to show evidence of continuous on-going self-development and education as well as being emotionally robust.
Finally, you must have a full and clean driving licence.

Due to continued growth and drive by the business owner the Company is looking to add to its existing talent pool of sales professionals who have experience working in the computer hardware Gaming and E-Bingo sectors.
The Company and the role demands a high level of professional sales experience gained over a stable work tenure. Hunting out new B2B IT Solution Sales opportunities with tenders and accounts over £500K as well as experience in client development and management of large key accounts, spotting new potential revenue streams.
The Company will require the successful candidate to be able to carry out preliminary work in Hampshire, learning about the business, process and team. With the role being based in Central or North England, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the successful candidate will need to live in an area roughly from Birmingham up to Manchester.
