The Recruitment Brief:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly sales focused and target driven Recruitment Consultant to join our clients Birmingham Industrial team. Key responsibilities include: Proactively identifying new business opportunities in the surrounding area, networking from the current database as well as developing and maintaining a new client database.
You will also be required to attending client visits, organise and deliver mail shots and campaigns.
Achieve weekly and monthly KPI's and revenue targets.
We’ll need you to have a current track record in the Industrial market and good geographical knowledge. In return you’ll be joining an established, successful and talented team and you can take your career where you choose to with them.

The Person Spec:
You will need to be recruitment experienced business minded, driven and motivated with excellent networking abilities, strong influence and persuasion skills. We are looking for ambitious individuals who thrive within a challenging competitive environment. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing turnover and contributing to the success of the branch you will be helping the company to work towards their overall company goals.
