Admin Assistant / Receptionist

We are a well-established food manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton and due to an expansion programme, are looking to add a full time Admin Assistant / Receptionist to our workforce.
Main duties:


• To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Able to perform under pressure in a team environment.
• To assist office in preparing orders for despatch and collection.
• Talking to customers and suppliers.
• Must be able to work on own initiative.
Must have experience in Sage Accounts 50 and Sage 50 Payroll.
• Duties will involve reception, telephone and post as well as sending parcels out to customers.


The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills as well as good numeracy and literacy,
working 5 days per week.
