New Reflexions are a childcare organisation providing an integrated service to young people who have experienced trauma in their lives; resulting in emotional behavioural difficulties and requiring a high level of intervention. Due to ongoing growth we are currently recruiting an additional Service Manager to join our expanding team.
We are looking for conscientious individuals with relevant care qualifications, skills and knowledge enabling them to lead, manage and support our care management team. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with a minimum of 2 years registered manager experience.
You will be joining a provider whose homes are rated ‘outstanding’ and ‘good’ by Ofsted and will therefore be passionate about working within the care sector and delivering high quality care services. You should be motivated to join an organisation that values its employees and places a great deal of emphasis on learning and development.
